This is a unique and high vibrational form of energy work. These transmissions are galactic in nature and penetrate on a cellular level. We will be connecting to our celestial guides and I will channel a frequency based on their guidance. 

Most often, I channel Pleiadian frequency and it is familiar to earth. 

How to Prepare:

• Find a quiet, private space to sit or lay down where you will not be disturbed
• Smudge your space/ burn some incense
• Give yourself enough time beforehand to get settled and set an intention
• grab your favorite crystal (optional)

I also recommend leaving some space (at least 10 mins) for yourself after the session to ground and integrate. 

What does this feel like?

Most clients report feeling a noticable energy flowing through their body. Some clients feel emotional as the frequency is clearing out emotional debris, others feel extremely relaxed yet present.
