A Cacao Ceremony is a community gathering centered around the ancestral drink of Cacao. We drink Cacao to open our hearts and connect to the essence of who we truly are.

Each gathering is different as we are guided by the cosmic energy of the day based on the Mayan Cosmovision and influenced by the energy of the group. In general, you can expect a combination of sound healing, womb wisdom, somatic release modalities, conscious breathing, open vulnerable sharing, and feeling safe & connected. You will learn about the benefits of drinking Cacao and experience it first hand in the strong energetic container of ceremony. 

This will be a women's only circle.

What to Bring:

• Wear a skirt or comfortable clothing 
• Blanket / Yoga mat/ or Cushion to sit on
• Water
• Flowers or Offering for the altar
• Journal (optional)
• instruments, rattles, etc (optional)

How to Prepare:

• Avoid eating heavy meals or fried foods 3 hours before (light breakfast recommended)
• Avoid any caffeine 3 hours before & 3 hours after
• No alcoholic beverages the night before and day of ceremony
• Please avoid any other recreational substances the night before and day of ceremony
